Hear the echo of my mind

At every moment of our life, we can change our life.

It doesn’t matter if we’re 16 or 60 years old.

We are always growing, and consequently, every moment in our growth, we have the learning moment that leads us to a change in our life when we feel we need it.

Learn and grow further in our life: it’s essential to fell ourselves alive.

For this reason, it is vital to do everything possible to learn and grow in the short time we have available.
Use every moment of our busy and stressing life to improve yourself.

We need always to think that every moment passes do not return, so take an example from nature, be a plant, a flower. Put the seed of the curiosity inside of you and watch it grow, bring your dreams out of your brain and make them come true.

Try to make them real and do not stop to make new dreams.

Don’t stop, don’t sit, don’t surrender.

Keep your mind active and take the time you need for yourself.

Lockdown has been necessary for many.

We have lived the most crucial moment of our existence.
Maybe we still don’t realise it, but one day we will understand how these months of lockdown have been crucial. To determinate our future life and read and analyse our experience to make us more adult and responsible.

You are in the world, and the others are part of our existence, in equal important: people and things.
A whole that has no prescribed and pre-packaged boundaries or destinations.
Some things change, some remain the same forever, others alter, transform, and we don’t even notice it.
But you have to concentrate and reach your dream, feeling clean and bright with yourself, which makes us free to dream and to achieve new goals.

Live for yourself, but we are among others, and we must confront each other.
We are human beings and not things, objects or stones or sand.
We do not choose where to be born, and we do not select form and substance or the colour of our eyes and how tall we are.

But we can determine our way with our mind if we know what we are.
We are only born, and those around us are only other people who were born in the same place where we were born.

Time passes, we grow and learn about the world. To see things differently, and to limit ourselves to the place where we were born is an easy way to hide ourself. It’s an easy way to escape and not face our dreams and our desire to discover new worlds and new people.

Take your brain away from your head : watch it, Listen to it. Respect it. Follow it.

Take a pen and write on a white sheet who you are and what you want to be.

Turn your dreams into reality; the ones you feel you can make them come true.
Get the material things you need (books, photographs, songs?) And build the space where it can become a reality’ dreams.

Boundaries and limits are for mountains and rocks, which have the time on their side to transform slowly and without our realising it, but we don’t have time. Not all “that” time.

We are in a hurry and feeling bad out of frustration is seriously hurting too bad.
Take “time” and use it. Even what you think is “lost time” is actually “important” and essential for our continued growth.

We are all critical in this world.

I need you, as you need me. Even if we don’t know each other.

But your actions can be necessary for my growth, for my mood.
At the same time, my actions are important to you.
Don’t stop growing, improving and moving forward. Because I need it. To make those dreams come true every night hoping that tomorrow is a better and different day.

It’s time to make a coffee.

An intense smelling coffee.

With an unmistakable taste and color

The time has come to make our new dream come true.

Today, I’m the Director of Urban Mood Magazine and the Editor behind Longevitimes.com, where I explore stories at the intersection of culture, photography, and longevity.
I love blending images and words to turn every piece into a small journey—authentic, original, and occasionally a little mischievous.
In recent years, I’ve been diving deep into the world of Sardinia’s Blue Zone, developing expertise in longevity, traditions, and the science behind living better (and longer).
And yes—I’m also an Arsenal supporter. Nobody’s perfect. / To contact me massimousai@mac.com
