Why does autumn inspire such intensity of feeling? There’s something about autumn: people love fall so much, this is why.

Whether we stay close or go far, exploring a location on your own provides unique experiences. These experiences differ from a different experience than traveling.

But what happens when autumn comes, and we try to explore “ourselves”?

The cycles of nature always influence our lives.

The ideas, whether silent or more prominent, serve as reminders. They show us that we are all in a continuous state of transition on this planet.

The autumn season is a time of shedding different layers of nature to make room for new growth and expression.

It is a time to remember the joy and connection in nurturing ourselves and others. It is also a time to take note of the experiences we have gathered in the year so far.

In this inherently introspective season, we can return to the center of what matters most to us.

Taking time for this discovery can seem challenging alongside the priorities of everyday life.

And so, even these first acts – carving out days or even just an afternoon – is significant.

We often think of travel as something to do with friends or family.

But planning a solo adventure to wander and explore can offer more space. It allows us to tune into the trip’s details. We can experience a change of perspective. It also provides the clarity that accompanies that deep stillness of spending time with ourselves.

Exploring a new part of a city or spending a few hours at a museum can be transformative. When we are alone, the space in our heads and hearts becomes our actual journey. Escaping for a quiet weekend trip also contributes to this mental and emotional exploration.

We remember that the richness of life often takes place in spaces like this. Here, we gain insights to move with purpose in whatever season of life comes next.

And here, this happens in these first autumn’s days. It is a journey in solitude but within ourselves. Inside our Museum, there are no paintings or statues. Instead, it holds emotions, memories, sensations, and love.

Yes, we need a lot of love for ourselves and the people dear to us. We also need love for beautiful things. These include nature, art, and reading. We also enjoy a nice glass of wine or an excellent dish of fresh pasta.

Love for life and for this season fills our hearts. Surrounded by candles and the harvest, we see the days shorten quickly. The yellow of the leaves reminds us of nature’s beauty. We realize how beautiful life is. We are lucky with this experience that we live every holy day.
