After more than 25 years spent between London, Warsaw, and Brussels—three cities that taught me everything except how to resist a good coffee—I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with international outlets such as The New York Times, Time Out London, and Vancouver News.
Today, I’m the Director of Urban Mood Magazine and the Editor behind Longevitimes.com, where I explore stories at the intersection of culture, photography, and longevity.
I love blending images and words to turn every piece into a small journey—authentic, original, and occasionally a little mischievous.
In recent years, I’ve been diving deep into the world of Sardinia’s Blue Zone, developing expertise in longevity, traditions, and the science behind living better (and longer).
